Thank you for agreeing to speak at the upcoming Digital Transformation Forum. Below you will find important information concerning your participation at the event. To register for the conference, choose theDigital Transformation event and select registration type “Speaker.”
Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found under your profile HERE.
We recommend that speakers arrive 60 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 30 minutes before their presentation.
Business attire is recommended for all speakers.
Presentation Materials
We will make session material available to Digital Transformation full conference attendees on a password protected website as downloadable PDFs.
Material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
Below is a downloadable PowerPoint template that we require all speakers to use. We ask that you submit your presentation by April 12, 2024.
Please also bring your PowerPoint on a jumpdrive to the conference as a backup.
The Digital Transformation Forum will supply an LED projector, screen and microphone. There will be a conference laptop in each session room. We highly recommend using the house laptop to avoid any technical errors.
Venue and Hotel Information
The Digital Transformation Forum runs May 1-2, 2024, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Information regarding the hotel and travel to the Convention Center can be found HERE. The Digital Transformation team has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms near the convention center. If you have not reserved your room, book today before the hotel sells out.

The Digital Transformation Forum educates manufacturers along their digital journeys so they can improve production and strengthen supply chains. Topics covered during this event include: Infrastructure for Industry 5.0, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Analytics/AI and much more.
