Refunds only available for full conference attendee passes. Other attendee categories are not subject to a refund.

If cancelled by 1/31/2025 amount paid will be returned, less a $100 cancellation fee.
If cancelled by 2/28/2025 amount paid will be returned, less a $200 cancellation fee.
If cancelled by 3/31/2025 amount paid will be returned, less a $300 cancellation fee.
If cancelled by 4/11/2025 amount paid will be returned, less a $400 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued if passes are cancelled after 4/11/2025.
